| 摘 要： | 医院行风建设是医院管理工作的重点问题之一,也是社会各界普遍关注的热点问题,关系到医院能否适应市场竞争求生存求发展。本文着重从抓好"四个加强、四个落实"、实行"五个更加注重"、完善"五项工作机制"来阐述如何全面加强医院行风建设,促进医院和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Hospital style building is one of the focuses of hospital management, and also a hot issue of the society. It is related to the hospital＇ s adaption to market competition and its development in order to survive. In this paper, we talk about how to strengthen hospital style building from all aspects in order to promote the harmonious development of the hospital. |
