| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨藤茶双氢杨梅树皮素(DHM)在2215细胞培养中对乙肝病毒HBsAg、HBeAg分泌的抑制作用。方法:通过DHM含药血清对2215细胞进行毒性实验,在最佳DHM含药血清下,测定HB-sAg和HBeAg水平。结果:DHM含药血清的最佳添加量为不超过20%;在最佳添加量不超过20%浓度下,DHM对2215细胞HBsAg、HBeAg的分泌有明显的抑制作用。结论:DHM可明显抑制2215细胞HBsAg和HBeAg的分泌。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of DHM of ampelopsis grossedentata on the inhibition of 2215 cell secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg.Methods: The toxicity experiment of 2215 cell was performed using serum with DHM,the level of HBsAg and HBeAg was determined on optimal concentration of DHM.Results: The optimal concentration of DHM in serum was no more than 20%;with which the DHM could inhibit effectively the secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg in 2215 cell.Conclusion: DHM can inhibit markedly the secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg of 2215 cell. |
