酸枣仁总皂苷对老年阴血亏虚型失眠证候模型大鼠脑组织Glu及GABA含量的影响

摘    要:目的 观察酸枣仁总皂苷对老年阴血亏虚型失眠证候模型大鼠脑组织谷氨酸(Glu)及γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量的影响.方法 用D-半乳糖致衰老、环磷酰胺及氢化可的松致阴血亏虚,及自制改良多平台法剥夺睡眠,制作老年阴血亏虚型失眠证候大鼠复合模型,采用高效液相色谱法检测环境对照组、证候模型组和酸枣仁总皂苷大、小剂量组大鼠大脑皮层及下丘脑Glu及GABA含量的变化.结果 与环境对照组比较,证候模型组睡眠剥夺48h后,大鼠大脑皮层及下丘脑Glu及GABA含量均明显升高,且Glu/GABA比例增高,经酸枣仁总皂苷干预后Glu和GABA均明显下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),且趋于正常范围.结论 酸枣仁总皂苷能减少老年阴血亏虚型失眠证候模型大鼠脑内兴奋性氨基酸毒性作用,减轻Glu、GABA参与的迟发性神经元损害.
