乳腺派杰病临床病理分析

目的:探讨乳腺派杰病的诊断和鉴别诊断及临床病理特征.方法:对8例病例进行光镜观察和免疫组织染色.结果:7例乳腺派杰病均为女性,表皮及皮下组织内有派杰细胞和乳腺癌成分,主要为管内癌,1例为男性腋下副MPD,实为浸润性导管癌,CK( ),EMA( ),CerbB-2( ),S-100(-),HMB45(-).结论:乳腺派杰病是一种少见恶性肿瘤.诊断需免疫组化标记并与皮脂腺癌、乳腺其它类型癌相鉴别.

Objective: To study the clinical pathological features,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Paget's disease of the breast.Methods: Eight cases of Paget's disease were studied using HE and immunohistochemical staining.Results: Seven cases occurred in females,there were Paget's disease cells in epidermis,and intraductal carcinoma in connective tissue.One case of subaxillary accessory mammar Paget's disease occurred in male,the tumors showed connective tissue inflitrating ductal carcinoma.CK and EMA expressed in Paget's cell and adenocarcinoma,S-100 and HMB45 was negative,CerbB-2 expressed in Paget's cell and adenocarcinoma.Conclusion: Paget's disease of breast may be rare grade tumor.The diagnosis mainly relies on immunohistochemical findings and should be differentiated from both sebaceous gland carcinoma and other types of adenocarcinoma of the breast.
