| 摘 要： | 目的探讨安全型静脉留置针输液在院前急救中的应用效果。方法将185例院前急救中的静脉输液患者随机分成研究组和对照组，研究组使用安全留置针，对照组使用普通留置针，比较两种留置针性能的优缺点。结果研究组与对照组比较，在局部不良反应、再输液不通畅、外渗等方面具有差异性（P〈0．05），研究组针刺伤的危险发生率为0。结论安全留置针输液在院前救护中值得推广。
