肺结核患者营养状况研究

目的：了解住院肺结核病患的营养状况，探讨肺结核病病人营养与疾病的关系，为如何提高患营养水平和改善营养治疗提供科学依据。方法：通过对49例肺结核病患的营养调查，采用称量法结合询问法，连续5天，对住院患膳食调查，并测量肱三头肌皮褶厚度（TSF）和红细胞总数（RBC）、血红蛋白（Hb)、淋细胞（LYM）、血清总蛋白（TP）、血清白蛋白（ALB）及血清白蛋白与球蛋白比值（A／G）生化检测。结果：热量摄入偏低、热量来源分配不合理，各类营养素摄入量中除蛋白质、碳水化物偏低，维生素B2、C不足，维生素A和钙缺乏外，其余基本符合患机体需要。体格及实验室检查结果表明有过半数患存在不同程度的营养不良，其中女性患贫血较严重。结论：医院应加强对患营养状况的监测和对患进行营养知识的普及教育，还应尽早地对患进行以肠道内为主的营养支持。

A study on the nutritional status of pulmonary tuberculosis patient in hospital

Objective:To find out the nutritional status of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in hospital and explore the relationship between nutrition and disease so as to provide foundations to promote patient's nutritrure.Method:Nutritional survey has been done on 49 pulmonary tuberculosis patients for 5 days with both weighing and inquiry.Triceps skin fold thickness, erythrocyte amount, hemoglobin, lymphocyte, serum total protein, serum albumin and the ratio of albumin and globulin were also determined.Result: Energy intake insufficient and the distribution of energy source irrationality were shown in patients.The intake of protein and carbohydrate was not enough while Vit B 2 and Vit C intake was insufficient and the intake of Vit A and calcium is deficient.Other nutrient intake was mostly enough.Physical examination and laboratory test indicated that above half of the patients were malnutrition in different degreed.Among them, anemia was more common in female patients.Conclusion: Nutrition monitoring and nutrition education should be strengthened.Nutritional support of intestinal should be carried out in time.
