壮医药线点灸对脾虚大鼠淋巴细胞转化率及红细胞免疫功能的影响

目的 :观察壮医药线点灸对实验性脾虚大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞转化率及红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用耗气破气加饥饱失常法对80只Wistar大鼠进行脾虚造模 ,建模后给予壮医药线点灸治疗 ,并设立正常对照、模型自然恢复对照、空线点灸对照和中药四君子汤治疗对照 ,治疗后检测T淋巴细胞转化率和RBC -C3 b受体花环率 ,RBC -IC花环率。结果 :药线点灸治疗组T淋巴细胞转化率 ,RBC -C3 b受体花环率较模型组升高(P<0 05) ,RBC -IC花环率下降(P<0 05) ,与中药对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0 05)。结论 :壮医药线点灸有提高T细胞免疫和红细胞免疫的功能。

Effect of Medicated Thread Moxibustion of Zhuang Folk Medicine on Lymphocyte Transformation Rate and RBC Immunologic Function in Model Rats of Spleen Deficiency

To observe the effect of lymphocyte transfomation rate and RBCimmunologic function on model rats of spleen deficiency treated by the medicated thread moxibustion in Zhuang folk medicine. Method: 80 Wistar rats were modeled into having the characteristics of spleen deficiency by exhausting Qi, dissipating stagnant Qi and irregular diet. Then they were treated with the medicated thread moxibustion in Zhuang folk medicine and compared with 4 other control groups the normal control group, the model natural recovery group, the non medicated thread mexibustion group and the Si Junzi Decoction group. The lymphocyte transformation rate and RBC immunologic function were detected before and after the treaument. Results: The lymphocyte transformation rate and the resette rate of C3b recepter of RBC remarkably increased (P < 0.05), while the rosette rate of immune complex(IC - R) of RBC decreased in the treatment group, with no significant difference, when compared with the control group treated with the decection(P > 0.05) . Conclusions: The medicated thread moxibustion can increase T lymphocyte and RBC in immunologic function.
