小窝蛋白-1、基质金属蛋白酶-2在膀胱癌的表达及其关系

摘    要:目的探讨小窝蛋白-1(CAV-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在膀胱癌表达及其两者关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测77例膀胱癌和15例正常膀胱组织CAV-1、MMP-2的表达。培果CAV-1、MMP-2在膀胱移行细胞癌(TCCB)、膀胱腺癌表达明显高于正常膀胱黏膜,有显著性差异(P〈0.01),CAV-1在G1、G2、G3膀胱移行细胞癌阳性率分别15%、40%、68%,临床分期浸润型表达明显高于表浅型,有显著性差异(P〈0.01);MMP-2在G1、G2、G3阳性率分别20%、40%、72%,临床分期浸润型表达明显高于表浅型,有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。CAV-1和MMP-2在膀胱癌表达有明显正相关(P〈0.01),在正常膀胱黏膜无相关性(P〉0.05)。培论CAV-1,MMP-2与膀胱癌病理分级、临床分期有关,提示CAV-1可能促进MMP-2分泌。

Abstract:Objective To explore the expression of CAV-1 and MMP-2 in bladder cancer and the relationship between them. Methods The expressions of CAV-1 and MMP-2 were detected by the S-P immunohistochemical method in 77 cases of bladder cancer and 15 cases of normal bladder tissues. Results The positive rates of CAV-1 and MMP-2 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma and bladder adenocarcinaoma were significantly higher than those of normal bladder tissues, and the positive rates in the deeper cancer invasion were significantly higher than those in superficial bladder cancer. CAV-1 was positively associated with MMP-2 in bladder cancer but not in normal bladder tissue. Conclusion CAV-1 and MMP-2 were associated with stage and grade of bladder cancer, which suggested that CAV-1 might improve secretion of MMP-2.
