黄芪四物汤治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

目的 观察自拟黄芪四物汤治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法 70例病毒性心肌炎患者分为2组，治疗组40例运用黄芪四物汤，每日1剂，浓煎2遍，共取汁600ml，分早晚2次，空腹各温服300ml，并配合极化液1病毒唑、能量合剂、抗生素、维生素C静脉点滴，20日为1个疗程。对照组30例除不用黄芪四物汤外，其它用药及疗程同治疗组。结果 治疗组总有效率95％；对照组总有效率63.33%，2组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论 黄芪四物汤治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效显著。

Clinical observation of Huangqisiwu decoction on viral myocarditis

Objective To observe therapeutic effect of Huangqisiwu decoction on viral myocarditis. Methods Seventy patients with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into two group: In the treatment group ( n = 40) , the patients were treated by Huangqisiwu decoction with combination of routine medicines including polarization liquid,ribavirin,energy mixture,antibiotics, vitamin C etc.In the control group ( n =30) ,the patients were treated only by routine medicine. The therapeutic course was 20 days in both groups. Results The total effective rate (95%) was significantly higher in treatment group compared with those in control group (63.22%, P <0.05).No side effects were found in the treatment group.Conclusions Huangqisiwu decoction is a more effective method on the treatment of viral myocarditis.
