| 摘 要： | 目的：观察阿卡波糖（拜唐苹）和格列美脲联合治疗新诊断2型糖尿病的疗效及安全性。方法：收集2008年6月～2009年2月本院专科门诊及住院患者中新诊断2型糖尿病共65例，予阿卡波糖和格列美脲联合治疗，治疗前及治疗12周后测定体重指数（BMI）、空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（PBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）、肝肾功能，同时观察药物副作用。结果：治疗12周后血糖及血脂指标较治疗前有明显改善，低血糖反应发生率63％，无严重低血糖事件发生。结论：阿卡波糖与格列美脲联合治疗新诊断2型糖尿病控制血糖血脂效果好，副作用轻微。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect and safety of Acarbose （Glucobay） combined with Glimepiride on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）.Methods：Sixty-five patients with T2DM were treated with Acarbose and Glimepiride.The levels of BMI,FBS,PBG,HbA1c,TC,TG and LDL-C were determined before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment.At the same time side effects were observed.Results：Twelve weeks after treatment the levels of blood sugar and blood lipid were reduced significantly.Side effect including gastrointestinal tract reaction and hypoglycemia was rare.Conclusion：Acarbose in combination with Glimepiride is effective for treatment of patients with T2DM. |
