智齿冠周炎的细菌培养和药物敏感试验的研究

目的：对３０例下颌第三磨牙冠周炎盲袋内的内容物行细菌学研究，希望能筛选出临床治疗冠周炎的敏感药物。方法：需氧菌和厌氧菌培养以及药物敏感试验。结果：冠周炎为需氧菌和厌氧菌的混合感染，药物敏感试验显示氯林可霉素对需氧菌和厌氧菌均有显著的抑制作用。结论：考虑氯林可霉素可作为治疗冠周炎的首选药物。

Study on the bacteria culture and drug sensitivity test of pericoronitis of wisdom tooth

Aim: To find out the sensitive drugs after studying the contents of the pockets of 30 lower third molar pericoronitis. Methods: Culture and drug sensitivity test of aerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria. Results: Pericoronitis was a complex odontogenic infection with aerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria. Based on the result of drug sensitivity tests, Clindamycin was both sensitive to aerabic bacteria and to anaerobic bacteria of pericoronitis. Conclusions: Clindamycin can be considered to be the first choice medicine for treating pericoronitis.
