霉敌糊剂用于干髓术的初步实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究霉敌糊剂作为干髓剂的可能性;方法:用霉敌糊剂、普通干髓剂分别对成年狗25个牙、10个牙作干髓术,半年后取实验牙8个进行酶组织化学染色,余27个牙进行组织学和细菌学检查,并对霉敌糊剂进行毒理学试验。结果:8个牙均未见琥珀酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶活动,27个牙根髓固定好,根管内、尖周组织未见细菌污染。毒理学试验表明该糊剂属低毒类,弱蓄积毒类,在3项致突变实验中未测出致突变作用。结论:霉敌糊剂有普通干髓剂的强力消毒、固定作用,并对机体无毒害、无致突变作用。

Abstract:Aim: To study the possibility of using Mei Di paste as pulp mummification agent. Methods: Using Mei Di paste and traditional pulp mummification agent respectively to treat 25 and 10 teeth of adult dogs. A half year later, giving 8 tested-teeth chemical dyeing on enzyme tissue, the other 27 teeth an anatomical and bacterial inspection and the Mei Di paste agent a toxicological experiment. Results: There were no SDH and LDH activity in 8 teeth, and the other 27 teeth were fixed tightly, and no bacterial contamination was found in the root canal or in the surrounding tissue. The toxicological study showed the paste had low toxicity and weak accumulation effect. Among three mutation experiments, the paste had no mutation effect. Conclusions: The paste not only has intensive sterile and fixing effects of the traditional pulp mummification agent, but also overcomes the pernicious and mutation effects.
