炒苦杏仁饮片指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的:建立炒苦杏仁饮片的高效液相指纹图谱,提高药材质量控制水平.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,C18色谱柱,流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,流速1 mL· min -1,检测波长225 nm.采用国家食品药品监督管理局推荐的“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)”计算处理,确定了炒苦杏仁饮片指纹图谱研究方法.结果:各批次药材共获得10个共有峰,超过总面积95%,所得指纹图谱方法学考察结果良好,采用色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件,对炒苦杏仁饮片指纹图谱进行相似度计算,其10批样品相似度在0.5 ~0.9.结论:指纹图谱的运用实现了炒苦杏仁饮片的全面和整体评价,能体现炒苦杏仁饮片的多个成分的指纹信息,为有效提高炒苦杏仁饮片质量控制提供参考.

Abstract:Objective:To instruct the fingerprint of Armeniacae Semen Amarum,enhance the method of quality control.Method: The separation was performed on an C18 chromatography column,using acetonitrile-0.1% of phosphoric acid as mobile phase,with the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1;the wavelength was set at 225 nm.’TCM chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system(2004A edition)’ recommended by state food and drug administration was used for calculating,to determine the methods of Armeniacae Semen Amarum fingerprint research.Result: Methodology of fingerprint investigation results is qualified;the similarity in 10 batch samples was between 0.5 and 0.9.Conclusion: The characteristics of large difference absorption wavelength of multiple components for effectively improve fingerprint information,Armeniacae Semen Amarum decoction pieces quality control to provide the reference.
