摘    要:目的:优选舒郁煎膏的水提工艺.方法:以浸膏得率和栀子苷含量为评价指标.栀子苷含量采用高效液相色谱法测定,采用L9(3)4正交试验设计筛选舒郁煎膏的最佳水提工艺条件.结果:最佳水提工艺为加12倍量水,浸泡1h,煎煮3次,分别煎煮1.5,1,1h.结论:优选得到的水提工艺稳定可行,适合于工业化生产,为舒郁煎膏的制剂研究提供参考.

Abstract:Objective: To optimize water extraction process of Shuyu decoction. Method: With extract yield of aqueous extract and the content of geniposide as indexes,the content of geniposide was determined by HPLC,optimum water extraction conditions was selected by L9(3)4orthogonal design. Result: Optimal water extraction process of Shuyu decoction was:12 times the amount of water, soaked 1 h, extracted 3 times with 1.5,1,1 h,respectively. Conclusion: Optimized water extraction process was stable,feasible and suited for industrial production.It could settle foundation for preparation study of Shuyu decoction.
