摘    要:目的:对荚果蕨贯众提取工艺进行优化.方法:采用L9(34)正交设计,以总黄酮得率为考察指标,紫外比色法测定含量,考察乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间和提取次数4个因素对提取率的影响.结果:最佳提取工艺为12倍量70%乙醇提取1.0h,2次.结论:优选的荚果蕨贯众提取工艺稳定、可靠.

Abstract:Objective: To optimize extraction process of Matteuccia struthiopteris. Method: Orthogonal test was carried out to investigate influences of the concentration of ethanol,material-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction times on extraction with yield of total flavonoids as index. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 70%, ratio of material-solvent was 1 : 12(g·mL-1),extracted 2 times with 1 h per time. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was stable and reasonable.
