鬼针草醇提物对糖尿病小鼠糖耐量及胸腺、脾脏指数的影响

摘    要:目的:研究鬼针草提取物对糖尿病小鼠血糖、糖耐量及胸腺、脾脏指数的影响.方法:采用一次性ip四氧嘧啶(185 mg·kg-1)致糖尿病小鼠模型,分别给予格列本脲(25 mg·kg-1·d-1)、鬼针草醇提物高、中、低剂量(585,292,146 mg·kg-1·d -1)及生理盐水ig 14 d,测定各组小鼠空腹血糖值;第14天ig后30 min,给予ig葡萄糖溶液,观察小鼠的糖耐量;并计算小鼠胸、脾指数.结果:与模型组小鼠血糖值( 33.89±12.11)mmol·L-1相比,鬼针草醇提物高、中、低剂量组ig给药14 d后均能降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖,分别为(19.88±9.26),(21.68±6.17),(22.05±11.02) mmol·L-1(P <0.01或P<0.05));鬼针草醇提物高、中、低剂量组在ig葡萄糖后0,0.5,1,2h均可较好改善糖尿病小鼠糖耐量(P<0.01),并能提高糖尿病小鼠的胸腺指数(2.78 ±0.12),(2.21±0.91),(1.57±0.11) mg·g-1,与模型组胸腺指数(0.87±0.12) mg·g-1比P <0.05;脾指数(4.61±0.37),(3.31±0.62),(3.25±0.36)mg·g-1与模型组脾指数(3.04±0.86) mg·g-1比,P<0.05均显著提高.结论:鬼针草醇提物具有降低糖尿病小鼠血糖、改善小鼠糖耐量及提高糖尿病小鼠胸腺、脾指数的作用.

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of alcohol extracts from Bidens bipinnata L.on fasting blood glucose(FBG), oral glucose tolerance(OGT) and index of thymus,spleen ofin diabetic mice induced by alloxan. Method: Diabetic mice were induced by intraperitioneal injection of alloxan and divided into different groups.The diabetic mice were treated with glibenclamide(25 mg·kg-1·d-1),high-dose,mid-dose and low-doses of alcohol extracts of B.bipinnata (585,292,146 mg·kg-1·d-1) and normal saline, respectively, ig for 14 days.Meanwhile the levels of FBG were detected.After 30 min of administration on the day 14, the mice were administered glucose solution.The changes of glucose tolerance and the index of thymus,spleen were observed respectively. Result: The FBG level in diabetic mice treated by high-,mid-,low-doses of the alcoholic extracts of B. bipinnata was decreased significantly compared with model group,the FBG of high-, mid-,low-doses group was( 19.88±9.26) mmol·L-1(P<0.01),( 21.68±6.17)mmol·L-1(P<0.05), (22.05±11.02)mmol·L-1(P<0.05)respectively.The OGT enhanced at 0, 0.5, 1, 2 h after giving glucose solution.The index of thymus, spleen was improved significantly compared with model group, the index of thymus (2.78±0.12),(2.21±0.91),(1.57±0.11)mg·g-1(P<0.05), the index of spleen (4.61±0.37),(3.31±0.62),(3.25±0.36)mg·g-1(P<0.05). Conclusion: The alcohol extracts of B. bipinnata have hypoglycemic effect in diabetic mice induced by alloxan.It also can improve the OGT and the index of thymus, spleen.
