摘    要:目的:优选虫草安肺片的提取工艺.方法:以盐酸麻黄碱提取量为评价指标,HPLC测定含量,选择加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交试验优选虫草安肺片的提取工艺.结果:最佳提取工艺为分别加10,8,8倍量水煎煮2,1,1h.结论:优选出的提取工艺简单、可行,适应大生产需要,可作为该制剂合理开发的依据.

Abstract:Objective: To optimize extraction process of Chongcao Anfei tablet. Method: With yield of ephedrine hydrochloride as index, the amount of water,extraction time and extraction times was selected investigation factors,extraction technology of Chongcao Anfei tablet was optimized by orthogonal design. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as follows: 10,8,8 times the amount of water boiled 2,1,1 h. Conclusion: Optimized extraction technology was simple,feasible and met needs of large-scale production,it could provide references for further development of Chongcao Anfei tablet.
