陈皮膳食纤维对亚硝酸盐的吸附作用

摘    要:目的:观察比较中药陈皮和陈皮纤维对亚硝酸盐的吸附作用.方法:采用比色法、红外光谱法检测酸性环境下陈皮和陈皮纤维对亚硝酸盐的吸附作用.结果:5 min后吸附速率陈皮和陈皮纤维分别为8.64,18.6 mg· min-1.3h后吸附程度陈皮和陈皮纤维分别为71.9%,94.8%.结论:陈皮纤维对亚硝酸盐的吸附效果很好,有效的降低了亚硝酸中毒的风险,可以对亚硝酸盐早期中毒患者起到解毒作用,减少亚硝酸对组织的损害.

Abstract:Objective: To observe and compare the absorption effects of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and its fibers on nitrite. Method: Colorimetry and infrared spectroscopy are adopted to detect the absorption effects of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and its fibers on nitrite under the acid environment. Result: In five minutes, the absorption rate of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and its fibers are, respectively, 8.64 and 18.6 mg·min-1. In three hours, the absorption of the two materials are 71.9% and 94.8% respectively. Conclusion: The absorption effect of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae fibers is good. This absorption effect may effectively reduce the danger of nitrous acid poisoning, bringing about the detoxication to patients at the early stage and reducing the damages to organs.
