柿子叶黄酮的提取工艺优选

摘    要:目的:研究柿子叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺.方法:以芦丁、槲皮素和金丝桃苷的提取得率为指标,考察了提取次数、提取时间、料液比、乙醇体积分数对柿子叶黄酮提取率的影响,并通过正交试验设计确定了柿子叶的最佳提取工艺.结果:柿子叶黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:柿子叶中粉加入8倍量70%乙醇回流提取2次,每次1h.结论:工艺验证结果显示该工艺稳定可靠,可以用于柿子叶黄酮的工业化提取.

Abstract:Objective: To determine the optimum extraction of flavone from Persimmon leaves. Method: The effects of extraction time and frequency, solid to liquid ratio, level of alcohol on the extraction rate of flavone was investigated with Rutosids, Meletin, Hyperoside as index; the optimum extraction of flavone from Persimmon leaves was determined by orthogonal experiment. Result: The optimum flavone from Persimmon leaves were: the extraction time was 1 h, the level of alcohol was 70%, solid to liquid ratio(g·mL)was 1 : 8, and it was extracted two times. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process is achieved, suitable for industrialization.
