热敏灸疗配合中药内服治疗风寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症

目的:观察热敏灸配合中药独活寄生汤治疗风寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症外周血白细胞介素6(IL-6)的变化及临床症状改善情况.方法:将患者随机分成对照组51例和治疗组52例.治疗组采用热敏灸疗至阳、关元、委中等特定穴位,配合中药独活寄生汤(300 mL,分上、下午2次餐后口服,每日1剂,连续30 d).对照组采用中药独活寄生汤(300 mL,分上、下午2次餐后口服,每日1剂,连续30 d).通过检测外周血IL-6,并观察患者临床症状改变情况.结果:采用改良的Macnabt法评价临床疗效,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗后两组的IL-6含量均下降(P＜0 05),且治疗组的降低作用优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:热敏灸疗配合内服中药独活寄生汤治疗风寒湿型腰椎问盘突出症的临床疗效,明显优于单纯中药内服治疗,这可能与艾灸刺激热敏反应点,激发经络感传,促进经气运行,激发机体内源性调控系统功能,使失调、紊乱的生理生化过程恢复正常有关.

Clinic Research of Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Therapy and Chinese Herbal Medicine in Treatment of Wind-cold-damp Type of Lumber Disc Herniation

Objective: To observe the change of interleukin-6(IL-6) in peripheral blood and improvement of symptoms in the treatment of wind-cold-damp Lumber Disc Herniation(LDH) with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy and Duhuo Jisheng decoction. Method: The patients were randomized into a 51-case control group treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction and a 52-case treatment group with Duhuo Jisheng decoction and heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy in which some special acupoints (e g Zhiyang,Guanyuan,Weizhong etc.) were selected. IL-6 in peripheral blood was tested and symptomatic change was surveyed. Result: Modified Machabt were used for therapeutic evaluation and it was found that the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05);after treatment IL-6 in both groups declined(P<0.05)and effectiveness of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effectiveness of combined therapy of heat-sensitive moxibustion and Duhuo Jisheng decoction was significantly better than that of single decoction method. It may have been caused by moxibustion stimulated heat-sensitive acupoints, excited meridian transmission,promoted movement of meridian qi, provoked endogenous modulating system and regulated disordered physiochemical process.
