摘    要:目的:研究泽泻滴丸的最佳成型工艺.方法:以滴丸的外观质量、溶散时限与丸重差异为评价指标,采用正交试验法对基质配比、含药量、药液温度和滴距等因素进行优选.结果:泽泻滴丸的最佳成型工艺条件是以液体石蜡为冷凝剂,含药量30%,基质比例PEG4000-PEG6000 1∶3,药液温度(85±1)℃,滴距2 cm,冷凝液温度(6±0.2)℃,冷却距离70 cm,滴速40d·min -1,滴管口内外径分别为1.64,2.22 mm.结论:优选的泽泻滴丸成型工艺简明可行,滴丸成型性好,适宜工业化生产.

Abstract:Objective:To study on optimum forming technology of Zexie dropping pill.Method: With appearance quality,dissolved time,weight difference of dropping pill,orthogonal test was used to optimize ratio of matrix,the content of drug,temperature of liquid,dropping distance and other factors.Result: Optimum forming technology conditions of Zexie dropping pill were as follows: liquid paraffin was refrigerant,the content of drug was 30%,PEG 4000-PEG 6000(1∶3) was optimal matrix ratio,liquid temperature was(85±1) ℃,dropping distance was 2 cm,temperature of refrigerant was(6±0.2) ℃,freeze-pillar height was 70 cm,dropping velocity was 40 drops per minute,internal and external diameter of burette was 1.64 mm and 2.22 mm.Conclusion: Optimized forming technology of Zexie dropping pill was simple and feasible,and suitable for industrial production.
