酒精保存加高压蒸气灭菌骨移植修复下颌骨缺损的实验研究

摘    要:目的 探讨酒精保存加高压蒸气灭菌骨修复骨缺损的能力及其作为自体骨移植替代材料的合理性、可行性。方法 在 2 8只成年家兔右侧下颌骨下缘制备长 10mm、深 5mm的骨缺损模型 ,其中实验组 (16只 )植入酒精保存加高压蒸气灭菌骨 ,另外 12只不植入任何物质 ,作为对照组。分别于术后 2、4、8、12周取材、制片 ,在普通光镜下进行观察。结果 实验组术后 4周可见缺损区有大量新骨形成 ,骨质增生活跃 ;8周时移植骨大部分被新生骨替代 ;12周时骨缺损基本修复 ,而对照组无 1例达骨性连接。结论 经酒精保存加高压蒸气灭菌后的同种异体骨移植后有较好的生物相容性 ,可以引导骨生长 ,能作为自体骨移植的一种替代材料

Abstract:Objective To investigate the possibility of repair of mandibular defects in the rabbits with alcohol-preserved autoclaved allogeneic bones.Methods A defect of 10 mm in length and 5 mm in depth was created with a dental drill on the right lower border of the mandible of each adult rabbit. Having been autoclaved for 30 minutes,alcohol-preserved allogeneic bones were transplanted into the defects in 16 rabbits.The other 12 rabbits served as a control group with no transplantation treatment after the defects created.The specimens from these rabbits were collected and analyzed at 2,4,8,and 12 weeks after operation.Results Observation at four weeks after operation showed a great number of new bone formed actively in the defects.This was followed by the large replacement of the transplanted bones with the new ones based on the results at eight weeks. By twelve weeks the function of the damage bones was almost repaired through this treatment. On the other hand,the defects in the control group were occupied by connective tissue and no one healed.Conclusion The allogeneic bones show good biological compatibility and benefit the progressive growth of new bones in rabbits. It implies that the antigenicity of allogeneic bones has been effectively reduced with alcohol preservation and autoclave treatment. With regard to its simplicity and economic potential, this treatment is worth further exploration.
