摘    要:目的:建立于姜药材中4种姜酚类成分同时测定的一测多评含量测定方法.方法:以6-姜辣素为指标,建立药材中该成分与6-姜酚、8-姜辣素及10-姜辣素的相对校正因子,利用校正因子计算4种酚类成分的含量,实现一测多评,同时采用外标法测定4种酚类成分的含量,比较计算值与实测值的差异.结果:28批干姜中4种姜酚类成分的含量可以用一测多评法进行测定,其计算值与实测值间无显著差异.结论:以6-姜辣素、6-姜酚、8-姜辣素及10-姜辣素同步测定的一测多评法控制干姜的药材质量是可行的、准确的.

Abstract:Objective: To develop a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS) for simultaneously determining four gingerol compounds in zingiberis rhizoma. Method: A HPLC method was developed as QAMS to determine 6-gingerol, 6-shogaol, 10-gingerol and 8-gingerol in zingiberis rhizoma.Using 6-gingerol as the internal reference substance,the relative correction factor(RCF) of the three components was determined by HPLC with good reproducibility.The contents of the four components in 28 batches of samples was determined by QAMS and external standard method. Result: No siginificant differences between the quantitative results of QAMS method and external standard method were observed. Conclusion: It is feasible and suitable to evaluate the quality of zingiberis rhizoma by QAMS.
