| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性化脓性中耳炎的主要病原菌种类，指导抗菌药物合理应用。方法采取中耳脓性分泌物进行需氧菌、真菌培养和药物敏感试验，观察病原菌。结果179例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者，分离出病原菌216株，其中金黄色葡萄球菌1o5株，铜绿假单胞菌69株，真菌18株。结论金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌是本地区慢性化脓性的中耳炎主要致病菌，二者均对氟喹诺酮类敏感。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the chronic suppurative otitis media of the major types of pathogens, to guide rational use of antibiotics. Methods take the middle ear secretions for aerobic pyogenic, fungal culture and drug sensitivity tests, observation of pathogens. Results 179 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media patients,216 pathogens isolated, including 103 Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa 69,18 fungi. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa is the region of chronic suppurative otitis media of the main pathogens,both sensitive to fluoroquinolones. |
