| 摘 要： | 目的 观察促肾上腺皮质激素（ACTH）对肾移植受者血脂代谢及肾功能的影响。方法对随机选取的6例肾移植受者给于连续4d的ACTH肌注治疗（1mg／d）。检测并比较治疗前后血脂及肾功能变化。结果所有患者经ACTH治疗后均有明显的血脂变化．其中总甘油三酯（TG）、载脂蛋白B（apoB）、载脂蛋白A1（apoA1）分别减少了11％～17％不等，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）增加了22％。肾功能有所改善，血肌酐下降11％。结论ACTH的短期治疗能够影响肾移植受者的脂质代谢，并且有助于移植肾功能的改善。
