高渗溶液在休克患者抢救中的应用(附51例报告)

目的 探讨高渗NaCl溶液在休克患者治疗中的方法和疗效。方法 选择近2年使用高渗盐溶液病例与2年前未使用病例进行随机临床研究。结果 观察组与对照组在血压、尿量、神志、呼吸均明显好转，治疗前后差异明显。结论 高渗盐溶液对危重患者具有作用早、速度快。维持血压平稳且甩量少。安全性大，并发症少等优点。

HYPEROSMOTIC SOLUTION IN RESCUE OF SHOCK: AN APPLICATION OF 51 CASES

Objective To investigate the effect of hemorrhagic shock treated with hyperosmotic saline(HSL). Methods The patients treated with hyperosmotic saline in recent 2 years and the ones treated without hyperosmotic saline two years ago were chosed for clinical random study. Results The blood pressure, urinary output, consciousness and breath in treatment group were improved much than those in control group. The curative effect on shock between two groups had significant different(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of HSL for early treatment of hemorrhagic shock is fast and safe. In addition, there are many advantages, such as smoothly maintained blood pressures, less required liquid amount, and less complications.
