香菊胶囊联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎临床研究

目的:观察香菊胶囊联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法:选取116例慢性鼻窦炎患者,按随机数字表法分成2组,对照组58例采用桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗,观察组58例采用香菊胶囊联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗。对比2组治疗前后各症状视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分情况、临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为94.83%,对照组总有效率为77.59%,观察组总有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组嗅觉障碍、面部胀痛、鼻塞、头痛症状VAS评分较同期对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:香菊胶囊联合桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者效果显著,能有效改善患者临床症状。

Clinical Study on Xiangju Capsules Combined with Eucalyptol Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules for Chronic Sinusitis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiangju capsules combined with eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules for chronic sinusitis. Methods:Selected 116 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis,and divided them into two groups randomly,58 cases in each groups. The control group received eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules for chronic sinusitis,while the observation group received Xiangju capsules combined with eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules. Compared the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) in each symptom and clinical effect in both groups before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 94.83%,being significantly higher than 77.59% in the control group,difference being significant(P < 0.05). The scores of VAS in such symptoms as dysosmia,facial pain and distension,nasal obstruction and headache in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in the same period,difference being significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Xiangju capsules combined with eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules have significant effect in treating patients with chronic sinusitis,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms.
