凉血解毒汤联合外用西药治疗寻常型银屑病血热证临床观察

目的:观察凉血解毒汤联合外用西药治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的临床疗效。方法:将63例寻常型银屑病血热证患者随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组32例仅外用卡泊三醇软膏及糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗,观察组31例在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用凉血解毒汤治疗,2组均治疗8周后比较疗效。结果:观察组银屑病皮损面积和严重指数(PASI)评分、皮肤病生活质量指标(DLQI)均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床疗效总有效率观察组90.32%,对照组65.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:凉血解毒汤联合外用西药治疗寻常型银屑病血热证有良好疗效,并能有效改善患者的生活质量。

Clinical Observation on Liangxue Jiedu Tang Combined with External Application of Western Medicine for Psoriasis Vulgaris with Blood Heat Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Liangxue Jiedu Tang combined with external application of western medicine for psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat syndrome. Methods:A total of 63 cases of psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The 32 cases in the control group were treated with calcipotriol ointment and mometasone furoate cream and the 31 cases in observation group were additionally treated with Liangxue Jiedu Tang based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect after eight-month treatment was compared. Results:The score of Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI) and the Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, differences being significant(P < 0.05). The total effective rate was 90.32% in the observation group and 65.63% in the control group, the difference being significant(P <0.05). Conclusion:Liangxue Jiedu Tang combined with external application of western medicine has good curative effect in treating patients with psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat syndrome,which can effectively improve their quality of life.
