加味桂仙汤联合芬吗通治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰临床研究

目的:观察加味桂仙汤联合芬吗通治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰(POF)的临床疗效。方法:选取81例肾虚肝郁型POF患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为中药组28例、西药组26例和中西药组27例。分别给予加味桂仙汤、芬吗通和加味桂仙汤联合芬吗通治疗,疗程均为3个月。比较3组临床疗效,观察治疗前后中医症状积分,血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E₂)、黄体生成素(LH)水平的变化,记录不良反应发生情况。结果:总有效率中西药组96.3%,中药组82.1%,西药组73.1%。中西药组总有效率高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组中医症状积分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中西药组中医症状积分低于中药组、西药组(P<0.05);中药组中医症状积分低于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组FSH、LH、E₂水平均较治疗前改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中西医药组在改善以上3项性激素水平方面,效果均优于西药组和中药组(P<0.05);在E₂水平的改善方面,西药...

Clinical Study on Modified Guixian Tang Combined with Femonston for Premature Ovarian Failure of Kidney Deficiency and Liver Depression Type

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of modified Guixian tang combined with femonston for premature ovarian failure(POF) of kidney deficiency and liver depression type. Methods: A total of 81 cases of patients with POF of kidney deficiency and liver depression type were selected as study subjects and divided into the Chinese medicine group,the western medicine group and the Chinese and western medicine group(the combination group) according to the random number table method, 28, 26 and 27 cases in each group respectively. The Chinese medicine group was treated with modified Guixian tang;the western medicine group was treated with femonston;the combination group was treated with modified Guixian tang and femonston. All groups were treated for three months. The clinical effect in the three groups was compared;the changes in the Chinese medicine symptom scores and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2) and luteinizing hormone(LH) in serum before and after treatment were observed;the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded. Results:The total effective rate was 96.3% in the combination group,higher than that of 73.1% in the western medicine group respectively, difference being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment, the Chinese medicine symptom scores in the three groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, differences being significant(P < 0.05);the score in the combination group was lower than that in the Chinese medicine group and that in the western medicine group respectively(P < 0.05);the score in the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the western medicine group(P < 0.05). After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in the three groups were improved when compared with those before treatment, differences being significant(P < 0.05);the improvement of levels of the above three sex hormones in the combination group was superior to that in the western medicine group and that in the Chinese medicine group(P < 0.05);the improvement of level of E2 in the western medicine group was better than that in the Chinese medicine group(P < 0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment in the three groups. Conclusion: The therapy of modified Guixian tang combined with femonston in treating POF of kidney deficiency and liver depression type can effectively improve clinical symptoms and levels of sex hormones of patients,whose curative effect is superior to that of the simple use of one of them.
