独活寄生汤治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

目的:探讨独活寄生汤对膝骨关节炎临床治疗疗效。方法:将150例膝骨关节炎按随机的原则分为2组各75例,对照组单纯给予双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予独活寄生汤治疗,2组临床疗效以及其他相关指标进行对比分析。结果:对照组总有效率为77.33%,治疗组为92.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗,2组疼痛评分均较前下降(P<0.05)。2组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗,2组基质金属蛋白酶-1 (MMP-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)均较前下降(P<0.05)。2组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有9例出现不良反应(腹痛4例,腹胀2例,食欲不振3例),所占比例为12.00%。治疗组发生2例(腹胀2例,余未见异常),所占比例为2.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤治疗膝骨关节炎临床治疗效果确切,缓解临床症状,降低不良反应。

Clinical Study on Duhuo Jisheng Tang for Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng tang for knee osteoarthritis. Methods:A total of 150 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups,75 cases in each group. The control group was given diclofenac sodium extended-release tablets,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Duhuo Jisheng tang based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect and other related indexes in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The total effective rate was 77.33% in the control group and 92.00% in the treatment group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,the scores of pain in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),the difference between the two groups after treatment being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),the difference between the two groups after treatment being significant(P < 0.05). In the control group,there were nine cases of adverse reactions including four cases of abdominal pain,two abdominal distension and three poor appetite,which accounting for 12.00% of the total;in the treatment group,there was two cases of abdominal distension,accounting for 2.67% of the total,the difference being significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Duhuo Jisheng tang has definite clinical effect in treating knee osteoarthritis, which can relieve clinical symptoms and reduce adverse reactions.
