四磨汤口服液联合保和丸治疗新生儿胃肠功能紊乱临床研究

目的:观察四磨汤口服液联合保和丸治疗新生儿胃肠功能紊乱的疗效。方法:选取88例新生儿胃肠功能紊乱患儿,按随机数字表法分为观察组45例和对照组43例,2组患儿均接受常规对症治疗,在此基础上对照组给予妈咪爱治疗,观察组给予四磨汤口服液联合保和丸治疗,连续治疗14天后比较2组血浆胃动素(MTL)水平、胃泌素(GAS)水平、临床症状改善情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,2组患儿血浆MTL及GAS水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患儿MTL及GAS水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胎粪排净时间、症状消失时间、治愈时间、达到全胃肠喂养时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组(74.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四磨汤口服液联合保和丸治疗新生儿胃肠功能紊乱,可有效提升患儿血浆MTL、GAS水平,有助于临床症状改善,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Clinical Study on Simotang Oral Liquid Combined with Baohe Pills for Gastrointestinal Dysfunction in Newborns

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Simotang oral liquid combined with Baohe pills for gastrointestinal dysfunction in newborns. Methods:A total of 88 cases of newborns with gastrointestinal dysfunction were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,45 and 43 cases in each group respectively. Both groups received routine symptomatic treatments;the control group was additionally treated with medilac-vita, and the observation group was additionally treated with Simotang oral liquid combined with Baohe pills. After treatment for 14 days, the changes of levels of motilin(MTL) and gastrin(GAS) in plasma, the improvement of clinical symptoms and the clinical effect in the two groups were compared. Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of MTL and GAS in plasma in the two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment,the levels of MTL and GAS in plasma in the two groups were significantly increased,and the levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05);the clearance time of meconium, the disappearance time of symptoms, the healing time and the time when reaching full enteral feeding in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05);the total effective rate was 95.56% in the observation group,significantly higher than that of 74.42% in the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Simotang oral liquid combined with Baohe pills in treating gastrointestinal dysfunction in newborns can effectively improve the levels of MTL and GAS in plasma and the clinical symptoms,with significant clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
