| 摘 要： | 基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS)已经发展成为微生物实验室鉴定菌种的常规工具。MALDI-TOF MS在微生物学耐药性检测中的应用尚处于研究阶段。该文就MALDI-TOF MS在细菌耐药性检测中的方法及其适用病原体的研究现状做一综述。

| Abstract: | Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) has been applied as a routine tool for identifying bacterial isolates in microbiology laboratories. Furthermore, MALDI-TOF MS for detection of antimicrobial resistance is still in a research stage. This review introduces the recent progress on the methods of MALDI-TOF MS in detection of antibacterial resistance and its applicable pathogens. |
