| 摘 要： | 贝伐单抗是一种重组人源化抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的单克隆抗体,可与肿瘤细胞上的VEGF特异性结合,通过抑制肿瘤血管生成而抑制肿瘤生长,临床研究证实其治疗转移性结直肠癌有良好的应用前景.

| Abstract: | Avastin is an recombinant human monoclonal antibody for vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).It can bind to VEGF on the tumor cells specifically and inhibit tumor growth through inhibiting angiogenesis.Clinical researches have confirmed that Avastin shows favourable prospect for metastatic colorectal cancer. |
