| 摘 要： | 目的：研究中药白及的化学成分。方法：用多种层析方法分离甲醇提取物，根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果：分离并鉴定了5个化合物，分别是2，7-二羟基-4-甲氧基-9，10-二氢菲（2，7-dihydroxy-4-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene)(1);2,7-二羟基-3，4二甲氧基菲（2，7-dihydroxy-3,4-dimethoxyphenanthrene)(2);3,7-二羟基-2，4-二甲氧基菲（3，7-dihydroxy-2,4-dimethoxyphenanthrene)（3）；3‘,3-二羟基-5-甲氧基联苄（3‘,3-dihydroxy-5-methoxybibenzyl)(4);对羟基苯甲醛（p-hydroxybenzaldehyde)(5)。结论：化合物2，3，4是首次从兰科植物白及中分离得到的。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Bletilla striata (Thunb. ) Reichb. f. Methods: The con-stituents were separated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20,and were identified byspectral analysis. Results: Five compounds were identified as: 2, 7-dihydroxy-4-methoxy-9, 10-dihydrophenanthrene (1), 2, 7-dihydroxy-3, 4-dimethoxyphenanthrene (2), 3, 7-dihydroxy-2, 4-dimethoxyphenanthrene (3 ), 3', 3--dihydroxy--5-methoxybiben-zyl(4), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (5), Conclusion: Compound 2, 3, 4 are isolated from this plant for the first time. |
