| 摘 要： | 我科自1996年开展改良式腹部横切口剖宫产术以来，该术式明显缩短了手术时间，术后患者恢复快、痛苦轻、伤口愈合佳、围产结局好，被患者和产科医生广泛接受。但再次剖宫产时与传统的下腹纵切口相比是否能有同样的优势呢？术中术后母婴的情况相比较是否存在差异？
