| 摘 要： | 目的：通过观察基质金属蛋白酶-3（MMP-3）对体外培养人牙髓成纤维细胞中结缔组织生长因子（CTGF/CCN2）mRNA的影响,揭示MMP-3促进牙髓损伤愈合的机制。方法：选取年轻患者因正畸或阻生拔除的健康第三磨牙,取出牙髓以常规体外酶消化培养法获得人牙髓成纤维细胞,利用RT-PCR方法检测经MMP-3诱导30min后人牙髓成纤维细胞中CCN2mRNA的表达。结果：正常组和实验组人牙髓成纤维细胞均有CCN2mRNA表达,但是经MMP-3诱导后的人牙髓成纤维细胞CCN2mRNA的表达更强。结论：MMP-3通过诱导CCN2mRNA的合成,从而促进牙髓损伤的愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of MMP-3on the mRNA of CCN2expression of cultivate human pulp fibroblasts in vitro and reveal the mechanism by which MMP-3promotes dental pulp wound healing.Methods：The human pulp fibroblasts were obtained from the healthy third molars which were extracted for orthodontic and impacted reason by tissue-explants collagenase digestion culture of pulp,The human pulp fibroblasts were stimulated by MMP-3.30minites later,the changes of CCN2mRNA expressed in human dental pulp fibroblasts were detected by means of RT-PCR.Results：CCN2mRNA expressed in both normal and experimental human pulp fibroblasts, but the expression of CCN2mRNA in human dental pulp fibroblasts which were induced by MMP-3was more significant.Conclusion：MMP-3which could induce the expression of CCN2mRNA in human pulp fibroblasts takes a critical part in dental pulp wound healing. |
