双岐四联活菌片辅助治疗小儿腹泻的临床观察

目的观察双岐四联活菌片辅助治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取南京同仁医院自2007年10月至2010年9月收治的腹泻患儿126例随机分为观察组(双岐四联活菌片辅助治疗组)和对照组(常规治疗组)各63例,观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组痊愈37例,显效21例,有效5例,总有效率为92.0%;对照组痊愈22例,显效26例,有效12例,总有效率为76.2%。两组比较差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论双岐四联活菌片辅助治疗小儿腹泻可提高治疗效果,缩短小儿腹泻时间,值得临床推广使用。

The Clinical Observation of Bifidobacterium Quadruple Viable Adjuvant Treatment of Infantile Diarrhea Tablets

Objective To observe the two-piece manifold quadruple viable adjuvant treatment of infantile diarrhea therapy. Methods Tongren Hospital of Nanjing from October 2007 to September 2010 126 cases were admitted with diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups （two-piece manifold quadruple viable adjuvant treatment group） and control group （conventional treatment group） of the 63 cases, the curative effects were observed and compared. Results 37 patients were cured, 21 cases markedly effective in 5 cases, total effective rate was 92.0%; control group healed in 22 cases, 26 cases markedly effective in 12 cases, total effective rate was 76.2%. The two groups have significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion Bifidobacterium quadruple viable adjuvant treatment of infantile diarrhea tablets can improve the therapeutic effect, shorten the duration of diarrhea in children, is worthy of clinical use.
