宫腔镜输卵管插管疏通术在不孕症诊治中的应用

目的探讨宫腔镜输卵管插管疏通术在不孕症患者诊治中的应用价值.方法2001年9月～2005年8月对150例原发性不孕患者(原发组)和150例继发性不孕患者(继发性)行宫腔镜检查及镜下输卵管口插管疏通术,记录输卵管疏通情况.结果与术前比较,术后两组的输卵管通畅病例增加;术后原发组左侧输卵通畅的病例较右侧多,而继发组左侧和右侧输卵管的通畅性的差异无显著性意义;两组术前为输卵管阻塞的病例,术后输卵管双侧通畅与一侧通畅病例分别达60.0%和47.0%,而术后仍双侧阻塞的病例分别减少至30.2%和41.2%.结论宫腔镜输卵管插管疏通术对不孕症患者的诊治效果非常理想,原发能性不孕患者的左侧输卵管较右侧输卵管的疏通效果好.

Application of hysteroscopy and fallopian tube intubation and recanalisation in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility

Objective To investigate the value of application uteroscopy tuball intubation andrecanalisationin the treatment of patients suffered from infertility. Method 150 cases primaryinfertility patients and 150 cases secondary infertility patients from September 2001 to august 2005were treated by uteroscopy eaxamination and tubal intubation and recanalisation aid the situation wererecorded. Results Compare with the situation before operation, tubal recanalisaton smoothly casesin both groups were increase, post operative tubal canal pass through smoothly in left side were morecommon compated with right side in primary infertility group.while no significant difference insecondary infertility group, patients in both groups suffered from tubal obstruction before oberationbilateral and unilateral canal pass through smooth rate are 60.0% and 47.0% respectively afteroperation , post operative bilateral obstructive cases decrease to 30.2% and 4.2% respectively.Conclusion Effect of tubal recanalisation under hysteroscopy in the treatment of infertility issatisfactory and left side was better than right side in primary infertility hysteroscopy.
