| 摘 要： | 心室纤颤阈值（Ventricular Fibrillation Throeshold,VFT)是目前抗心律失常药物药效评定方法之一，本利用序贯性R/T刺激法测定VFT，发现静脉注射人参总皂甙20mg/kg，可显提高犬正常和急性缺血心脏的VFT。同时可使右心室有效不应期延长，但不影响QTC。

| Abstract: | The effect of ginsenosides on the ventricular fibrillation threshold (VFT) in both normal and ischemic hearts of dogs were observed.The VFT was determined by sequential R/T pulsing.Ginsenosides (20mg/kg) increased significantly the VFT in both normal and acute ischemic hear- ts and hearts after having been treated by autonomic blockers,propra- nolol and atropine sulfate.We also found that ginsenosides prolonged t- he right ventricular effective refractory period (ERP).The results sug- gested that ginsenosides can exert a protective effect on ventricular fibrillation,especially in early acute myocardial infarction. |
