吉林省落实结核病防治规划效果分析

目的评价2002—2004年吉林省落实结核病防治规划的效果。方法收集、审核、统计和汇总全省各市（州）、县（市、区）的季度报表及督导检查的有关资料并进行分析。结果2002—2004年全省分别发现涂阳肺结核病人5916例、8034例、9855例，涂阳新登记率分别为22．8／10万、30．3／10万和36．9／10，传染源发现率分别为49．6％、65．9％和80．3％，治愈率分别达85．1％、89．9％和85．1％，均达到了规划的各项指标要求。结论吉林省实施结核病控制项目，落实结核病防治规划成效显著，实现了高发现率和高治愈率的规划目标，为全省结核病控制工作可持续发展提供了成功模式。

The Evaluation on Implementing NTP in Jilin Province

Objective To evaluate the effect of complementing NTP in Jilin Province.Methods The date of tuberculosis(TB) quarterly and monthly reports from every city and county and other relevant information from monitoring reports were collected and analyzed.Results From 2002 to 2004,5916,8034 and 9855 smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis cases were detected respectively;the registered rates of new smear positive TB cases were 22.8/100 000,30.3/100 000 and 36.9/100 000 respectively;the cure rates were 85.1%,89.9% and 85.1% respectively.Conclusion Remarkable outcomes have been achieved by complementing NTP and TB control program in Jilin Province.The objective of higher detection and cure rate has been reached.A successful model of sustainability of tuberculosis control has been provided in Jilin Province.
