“脾主思”的现代科学基础

中医学认为"脾主思",即脾主导着人的意识、思维活动,与人的意识、思维活动关系非常密切。研究表明,大脑与消化系统在解剖上有着紧密的联系,大脑分泌的一些物质对胃肠的分泌和运动有影响,反之,胃肠分泌和运动活动的变化也会影响到大脑的功能。药理研究表明,调理脾胃药物可以改善人的思维、意识活动,对神经、精神性疾病有很好的治疗作用。因此从解剖学、生化学、药理学等方面来探讨"脾主思",即脾与意识、思维活动密切相关的现代科学基础。

Modern scientific foundation of "spleen governs thinking"

TCM holds that ＂spleen governs thinking＂ , which means that spleen governs consciousness and thinking activity of human being and has the closest relationship with them. Researches show that the brain and the digestive system has close ties in the anatomy. Some of the material secreted by the brain can affect movement and the secretion of gastrointestinal. Gastrointestinal secretion and movements will also affect brain function. Pharmacological study conditioning spleen and stomach drugs that can improve people＇s thinking and awareness activities ,on the nerve, mental illnesses have a good therapeutic effect also. In this article,the author has approached the modern scientific foundation of ＂spleen governs thinking＂ from the aspect of anatomy, biochemistry and pharmacology.
