| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨外伤性脑室出血的临床特点和治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析28例外伤性脑室出血的临床表现、影像学改变及所采用的治疗方法。结果 全组病例根据GOS评定：恢复良好8例（29％）、中残5N（18％）,重残及植物生存4例（14％），死亡11例（39％）。结论 应根据影像学改变选择脑室出血的手术治疗方式．必要时脑室内注人尿激酶治疗可获得较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical features and treatment of traumatic cerebral intraventricular hemorrhage(TIVH).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical manifestations,the changes of CT scan and the respective therapies in the 28 TIVH cases.Results All the cases were evaluated with GOS at discharge:8 cases were good recovery(29%),5 moderate disabled(18%),4 severely disabiled or vegetable(14%) and 11 died(39%).Conclusion Surgical approaches to treat TIVH rely on changes of CT scan.Injection of urokinase into ventricles,if necessary,can produce a good curative effect. |
