| 摘 要： | 目的 分析腰痛患者的发病特征。方法 采用收集资料及查阅住院病历的方法对565例腰痛患者按发病特征进行归纳统计分析。结果 通过统计学分析，腰痛患者的发病特征(首次发病年龄、入院年龄、性别及病程长短、耐受程度、治疗时间及再发频率)有一定规律，平均首次发病年龄为43.92±13.22岁；在30-49岁年龄段首次发病人数最多占55.76%(P＜0.05)；在患者所属职业中，工人49%，干部17%，农民9%，公司职员7%，教师5%，医务人员3%，司机2%，其他人员8%；同时各职业平均入院年龄之间有一定差别。结论 进一步了解腰痛的本质，加强对腰痛的宣教，提高预防、治疗及防止再发等方面的措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical features of the patients with lowback pain. Method The clinical features of 565 patients with low back pain were analyzed through collecting data and checking medical records. Results Statistically, the age of first attack was 43.92±13.22 years. Especially in the age of 30-39 years old, the patients with first attack of low back pain accounted for 55.76 % (P<0.05). In all the patients, workers accounted for 49 %, cadres for 17 %, peasants for 9 %, company staff for 7 %, teachers for 5 %, medical staff for 3 %, drivers for 2 %, and others for 8 % |
