| 丹参酮ⅡA静脉乳剂对异丙肾上腺素致大鼠急性心肌缺血损伤的保护作用 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的研究丹参酮ⅡA静脉乳剂对异丙肾上腺素致大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法采用异丙肾上腺素造成大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,以心电图∑ST变化,血清CK、LDH,心肌匀浆SOD、MDA、GSH-PX为指标,研究丹参酮ⅡA静脉注射乳剂对大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用。结果丹参酮ⅡA静脉乳剂5.6、2.8、1.4 mg/kg组均能明显抑制心肌缺血大鼠ST段的偏移,并且能够显著降低心肌缺血大鼠血清中CK和LDH的释放,降低心肌匀浆中MDA的水平(P<0.05),保护心肌SOD和GSH-PX的活性。结论丹参酮ⅡA静脉乳剂对大鼠急性心肌缺血具有显著的保护作用,其机制与抑制脂质过氧化和改善心肌能量代谢有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the protective effects of Tanshinone ⅡA emulsion on acute myocardial ischemia of rats.Methods Acute myocardial ischemia rats were induced by injection of Iso.The height of ST segment in ECG were examined.The levels of LDH,CK in serum were measured,The contents of SOD,MDA and GSH-PX activity in heart were assayed by colorimetric analysis.Results Tanshinone ⅡA emulsion(5.6,2.8,1.4 mg/kg) could significantly inhibit the height of ST segment,obviously decreased the level of LDH,CK in the serum and MDA of heart.Tanshinone ⅡA emulsion significantly increased the activities of SOD and GSH-PX in heart(P<0.05).Conclusion It is indicated that Tanshinone ⅡA emulsion has protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia of rats,the mechanism is related to the inhibition of lipid peroxidation and the amelioration of flux of coronary artery. |
