| 摘 要： | 目的探讨静滴红霉素对腹部手术后肠功能的恢复.方法将患者随机分组,一组为术后静滴红霉素,另一组自然恢复肠功能,观察4d.结果红霉素组肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排气时间明显优于对照组(P＜0.01),有显著性差异.结论腹部手术后静滴红霉素具有促进和加快肠功能恢复的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: improve and speed up reinstaing of intsetioal function afterabdominal opreations. Methlds; We divided the patients freely into two groups. One group is treated with erythromycin intravenousil guttae after operations. On the other hand. let the other group without any medical teeatment reinstate intestinal function. All the two groups have been lbserved for four days. Results: In erythromycin cases, the resumingtime of gurgling-sounds and the fime of breading wind are obvionsly than the contrast cases (P<0.01), There exists a grdat distinction. Conclusiou: After abdominal operations, erythromycin intravenousiy guttae can take a good effect of improving and speeding up the reinstating dfintestinal function. |
