广州市萝岗区农村居民健康素养干预效果评价

目的了解广州市萝岗区农村居民健康素养相关健康知识、理念、行为、技能的改变,评价健康教育对公民健康素养的影响,为在农村开展健康教育及健康促进干预工作提供参考依据。方法对试点村居民进行健康素养相关内容健康教育1年,教育前后抽取居民进行问卷调查,评价干预效果。结果基线调查860人,其中试点村调查436人。效果评价调查干预村335人,对照组240人。试点村干预前后比较,对健康的正确认识态度由40.4%提升到92.5%;健康知识平均知晓率由46.3%上升到67.9%;健康行为形成率由63.9%上升到77.4%,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。干预后干预组与对照组比较,居民健康知识、理念、行为、技能四方面上升趋势明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在农村地区有针对性开展健康素养方面的健康教育和健康促进工作,能有效地提高居民的健康知识知晓率、健康行为形成率、健康技能掌握率,促进公民健康素养的提高。

Effect Evaluation on Health Literacy Intervention in Rural Residents of Luogang District in Guangzhou
