乳腺癌组织中PCNA和Cath—D的表达及相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨Cath—D、PCNA在乳腺癌中表达的意义及相关性。方法:应用免疫组化S—P法检测49例乳腺癌中Cath—D、PCNA的表达情况,并与35例乳腺良性病变进行对照分析。结果:乳腺良性病变Cath—D、PCNA的阳性率分别为17.1%(6/35)、28.6%(10/35)。乳腺癌Cath—D、PCNA的阳性率分别为53%(26/49)、73.5%(36/49),差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。乳腺癌Cath—D的表达与年龄无关(P〉0.05),与组织学分级相关(P〈0.05);PCNA的表达与年龄、组织学分级均无关(P〉0.05)。乳腺癌Cath—D、PCNA的表达呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论:Cath—D、PCNA表达异常在乳腺癌的发生、发展中具有重要的作用,两者具有相互作用。Cath—D、PCNA可用于良、恶性乳腺疾病的鉴别,对乳腺良性病变的恶性转化有-定的预兆性。

Abstract:Objective:To study the expressions and correlation of Cath - D and PCNA in breast carcinomas. Methods : The expressions of Cath - D and PCNA were studied in 49 cases of breast carcinoma by immumohistoehem- ical technology ,35 cases of benign lesions served as control. Results:Positive rates of Cath- D , PCNA in breast be- nign lesions were 17.1% (6/35 ) ,28.6 % ( t0/35 ) respectively. Positive rates of Cath - D ,PCNA in breast carci- nomas were 53 % (26/49) ,73.5 % (36/49) ,respectively. Positive rates of Catb - D,PCNA in breast benign le- sions and in breast carcinomas had significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) . The expression of Cath - D in breast carcino- mas did not correlate with age ( P 〉 0.05 ) . But expression of Cath - D in breast carcinomas was associated wit h hi- tological grading ( P 〈 0.05 ) , the expression of PCNA in breast carcinomas did not correlate with age , histological grading ( P 〉 0.05 ) . There was a positive correlation between the expressions of p27 and PCNA in breast carcinomas ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Abnormal expression of Cath - D , PCNA play an important role initiation and development of breast carcinomas. Cath - D , PCNA interact with one another in breast carcinomas. Catb - D,PCNA can be used to identify benign and malignant breast disease. There is some significance of prediction as malignant change of breast benign lesions.
