| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨与改进断指再植术患者术后的护理方法。方法：对26例33指断指再植术后患者制定护理计划，包括常规护理、专科护理、心理护理。结果：经过精心手术治疗及术后认真细致的护理，取得近90％的再植成功率，功能恢复良好。结论：断指再植术后给予恰当护理，可提高再植指成活率，并促进功能恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore and improve nursing approaches after replantation of severed fingers. Methods: The nursing care was planed for 26 patients (33 severed fingers)including routine nursing care, special nursing care, psychological nursing care. Results: the successful rate was over 90% .The function of replanted severed fingers recovered well.
