| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨护理本科生时间管理倾向与自尊的关系.[方法]采用青少年时间管理倾向量表和自尊量表对296 名护理本科生进行集体测试.[结果]护理本科生时间管理倾向与自尊呈正相关,其中时间效能感、时间监控观对自尊有显著的预测作用(P<0.01) .[结论]护理本科生的时间管理倾向与自尊呈正相关.

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the relationship between time management tendency and self-esteem of undergraduate nursing students.Methods:A total of 296 undergraduate nursing students were investigated by adopting the adolescence time management disposition scale and the self-esteem scale.Results:There was a significant positive correlation between time management tendency and self-esteem.Among which,time efficacy feeling and time monitoring view have significant predictable effect toward self-esteem(P<0.01).Conc... |
