芍药甘草汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

目的:观察芍药甘草汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性萎缩性胃炎患者180例,以奇偶分组法将其分为两组,其中对照组患者进行常规疗法,治疗组患者予芍药甘草汤治疗。结果:两组患者均有效完成治疗。经胃镜检查,治疗组临床治疗有效率为93.3%,显著优于对照组82.2%(P0.05);此外,治疗组仅有1例患者出现胃出血的并发症,而对照组则出现7例并发症(包括胃出血、胃溃疡),两组比较有显著差异(P0.05)。结论:芍药甘草汤为主治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效较好。

Clinical Observation of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Shaoyao Gancao decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 180 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were collected and divided into two groups by parity. The control group were treated with routine therapy, and the treatment group were administered with Shaoyao Gan- cao decoction. Results： Both groups fulfilled the treatment effectively. By endoscopy, the effective rate in treat- ment group was 93.3% , which was significantly higher than that gained in the control group 82.2% （P 〈0.05 ）. In addition, there was only 1 case developing the complication of gastric bleeding in the treatment group, while 7 cases developing complications （including gastrorrhagia, gastric ulcer） in the control group. Comparing the two groups, it had a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Better curative effect has been obtained in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis treatment with Shaoyao Gancao Decoction.
